Tutorial photoshop ini sama dengan tutorial yang pernah saya buat tentang pemisahan background dengan extract bedanya kali ini menggunakan Plugin .. hehe.. lebih gampang dan cepat!

Download dulu Plugin nya di Member Area.. atau yang belum jadi member silahkan cari di google.. ada kok kalo jeli.

Cara install nya ada juga kok.. jadi download, Install trus pake

Buka gambar yang mau diedit.. saya pake gambar Steven Gerrard .. Gelandang hebat liverpool itu loh ! hehehe

Duplikat layer background dengan menekan CTRL + J

Sekarang buka Plugin Ezlect nya di Filter > Ezlect > Ezlect extract

Ini Jendela Ezlect nya , toolnya cuman dikit kok jadi mudah dipelajari

Klik Di Object nya ( Steven Gerrard nya) dengan Penanda Object dan Klik di background oleh penanda background.. penampakannya kayak gini nih

Penanda Objek ditandai dengan gambar kotak kecil kalo penanda background ditandai dengan tanda x

Klik Show mask Image untuk melihat hasilnya… kalo kurang bagus bisa dicoba .. klik lagi Show selection edge (letaknya disamping show mask image)

( tool lain nya di dalam ezlect silahkan di pelajari sendiri .. gampang banget kok)

Kalo sudah beres klik Ok ..

background di layer 1 sudah hilang…

Ini sebenernya sudah beres pekerjaan plugin Azlect..

Sekarang tinggal menggunakan gambar hasil pemisahan background tersebut.. terserah mau diapain.. hehehe

Saya beri background aja deh yaa sebagai contoh nya…

buat layer baru di bawah layer 1

terus warnai dengan warna merah

Sekarang klik 2x layer 1 untuk memunculkan Blending Options

Channel RGB = RED , Green , Blue..

nah kita setting deh si Channel tersebut..

Kita setting Channel Biru nya dulu ..

Sekarang kita setting Channel Green :

Catatan : Kalo Kadung ke Klik OK , Klik aja 2x layer Curves di layer pallete nya ..

Pilih Layer Background Copy hasil Duplikat layer background tadi..

Klik Filter > Noise > Add Noise

Sekarang kita gunakan Efek Vignette atau membuat gelap di semua sisi foto.. kita gak perlu pake manual kalo udah pake CS 3 ke atas..

Kita pake Filter Lens Corrections..

Pilih Filter > Distort > Lens Corrections

Kalo sudah di setting Vignette nya .. Klik OK

Color correction here I use eyedroppers on Curves dialog box to neutralize the bluish color (Blue Cast).

Color correction using the eyedroppers black, gray, and white in the curves dialog box, it is very easy and quick to correct errors related to color.

To change the cursor to a Crosshair pipette, make sure the caps lock key is active.
Click Layer> Curves Layer> New Adjustment to create a new adjustment layer.
In the dialog box, click the white eyedropper. like the example on the right in Figure 2
Place the eyedropper cursor over the image. When we do this, the cursor will become a crosshair. This is the same crosshair used by the Color Sampler targets.
Position the eyedropper crosshair over the white target, in this case #1. When the two crosshairs are perfectly aligned, they will merge and become one.
Click once using the left mouse button. Do not hold down the Shift key while clicking.
Repeat for the black eyedropper using the black target, in this case #2.
Repeat for the gray eyedropper using the mid tone target, in this case #3.

The result can be seen in Figure 3. Figure 3 has had no other adjustments other than the Curves eyedroppers

The History of Screen Printing

Screen Printing first appeared in a recognizable form in China during the Song Dynasty (960–1279 CE). Japan and other Asian countries adopted this method of printing and advanced the craft using it in conjunction with block printing and paints.

Screen-printing was introduced to Western Europe from Asia sometime in the late 1700s, but did not gain large acceptance or use in Europe until silk mesh was more available for trade from the east and a profitable outlet for the medium discovered.

Screen-printing was first patented in England by Samuel Simon in 1907. It was originally used as a popular method to print expensive wall paper, printed on linen, silk, and other fine fabrics. Western screen printers developed reclusive, defensive and exclusionary business policies intended to keep secret their workshops’ knowledge and techniques.

Early in the 1910s, several printers experimenting with photo-reactive chemicals used the well-known actinic light activated cross linking or hardening traits of potassium, sodium or ammonium bichromate chemicals with glues and gelatin compounds. Roy Beck, Charles Peter and Edward Owens studied and experimented with chromic acid salt sensitized emulsions for photo-reactive stencils. This trio of developers would prove to revolutionize the commercial screen printing industry by introducing photo-imaged stencils to the industry, though the acceptance of this method would take many years. Commercial screen printing now uses sensitizers far safer and less toxic than bichromates, currently there are large selections of pre-sensitized and “user mixed” sensitized emulsion chemicals for creating photo-reactive stencils.

Originally a profitable industrial technology, screen printing was eventually adopted by artists as an expressive and conveniently repeatable medium for duplication well before the 1900s. It is currently popular both in fine arts and in commercial printing, where it is commonly used to print images on T-shirts, hats, CDs, DVDs, ceramics, glass, polyethylene, polypropylene, paper, metals, and wood.

A group of artists who later formed the “National Serigraphic Society” coined the word Serigraphy in the 1930s to differentiate the artistic application of screen printing from the industrial use of the process. “Serigraphy” is a combination word from the Latin word “Seri” (silk) and the Greek word “graphein” (to write or draw).

In resent history, credit is generally given to the artist Andy Warhol for popularizing screen printing identified as serigraphy, in the United States. Warhol is particularly identified with his 1962 depiction of actress Marilyn Monroe screen printed in garish colors.

American entrepreneur, artist and inventor Michael Vasilantone would develop and patent a rotary multicolor garment screen printing machine in 1960. The original rotary machine was manufactured to print logos and team information on bowling garments but soon directed to the new fad of printing on t-shirts. The Vasilantone patent was soon licensed by multiple manufacturers, the resulting production and boom in printed t-shirts made the rotary garment screen printing machine the most popular device for screen printing in the industry. Screen printing on garments currently accounts for over half of the screen printing activity in the United States.

Graphic screenprinting is widely used today to create many mass or large batch produced graphics, such as posters or display stands. Full color prints can be created by printing in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black (‘key’)). Screenprinting is often preferred over other processes such as dye sublimation or inkjet printing because of its low cost and ability to print on many types of media.

Enhance Photos with Blend Modes may be one of the most easy way for those who first Learn Photoshop, because “How to Enhance Photos with Blend Modes using photoshop” it only takes a few steps just so easy for you to do.

Enhance Photos with Blend Modes in Adobe Photoshop CS2 is only wearing some effects only, such as Gaussian Blur and Desaturate layer and setting the second bit Effect earlier. Okay let’s do it

Enhance Photos with Blend Modes

Step 1

Duplicate Layer.

Open your photo in Photoshop and duplicate the layer by right-clicking an existing layer and choose “Duplicate Layer ” or press Apple + J for Mac or Ctrl + J for Windows.

Step 2

Gaussian Blur

Now we’ll add a little blur to make your image softer. At the top menu select Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur> Ok.

Blur settings I usually stay in the range of 3.5, but feel free to play around with a value greater or smaller depending on the type of image and of course the resolution

Step 3

Desaturate layer

Click menu Image> Adjustments> Desaturate or by pressing Apple + SHIFT + U (Mac) or CTRL + SHIFT + U (Windows).

The final step.

Blend Modes.

Change the blending mode of the newly created layer by selecting the drop down box on the right side just above the layer itself.

Please use the four different modes which I often switch between, Multiply, Overlay, Soft Light and Hard Light.

Tutorial photoshop kali ini tentang bagaimana cara memisahkan Ojek Objek dengan background nya.. sebenernya ada banyak cara sih.. tutorial sebelum-sebelum nya juga udah pernah dibahas kok.. Tapi kali ini saya coba pake cara EXTRACT…

Langsung aja deh yaa ..

Buka photo yang mau diedit..

Sekarang kita langsung pisahin objek sama background nya… Klik FILTER > EXTRACT

di jendela extract ada menu-menu juga :

Highlighter tool : untuk menandai (masking) batas antara background dan objek yang mau dipisahin.

Brush tool : untuk menandai (masking) area yang mau dipisahin

Eraser Tool : menghapus masking jika ada kesalahan

Eyedropper tool : untuk menentukan warna sesuai dengan sample nya..

Clean Up tool : hanya muncul kalau hasil masking di preview ini gunanya untuk merapikan hasil masking dengan menghapus

Edge TouchUp TOol : Hanya muncul kalau hasil masking sudah dipreview , gunanya untuk merapikan hasil masing dengan cara menambah.

Zoom tool : Untuk memperbesar atau memperkecil gambar ( klik untuk memperbesar, ALT+ klik untuk memperkecil)

Hand tool : untuk menggerakan jendela gambar

Sekarang klik Highlighter tool , drag di perbatasan antara background dan objek ..

Bisa di zoom gambarnya untuk objek yang perlu detail pengerjaan nya.. Untuk membersar kecilkan brush cukup menekan tombol [ atau ]

[ : untuk mengecilkan brush

] : untuk membersarkan brush

Seleksi Semua nya sampai detail-detailnya seperti rambut ..

Kalo sudah beres semua, Klik brush tool, lalu klik di area yang akan diambil objeknya..

Klik Tombol Preview untuk melihat hasilnya … biasanya sih pasti ada yang kurang.. misalnya masih blom rapi, ada bagian yang mau kita ambil tapi kepotong.. dan lain-lain..

Gimana cara beresinnya ?

GUnakan clean up tool dan edge touch up tool

Bersihkan dengan clean up tool kalo masih kurang rapi, dan kalo ada bagian yang kehapus, gunakan touch up tool.. penggunaan nya tinggal drag & drop aja kok..

Hasilnya kira-kira nanti begini ..

Sekarang buka gambar Background yang lain, saya pake gambar situasi Broadway..

Drag Foto yang tadi diedit ke gambar background yang lain

Atur sedemikian rupa .. lalu cari pencahayaan dan pewarnaan supaya serasi dengan background. Bisa juga menggunakan Hue/saturation untuk penyesuaian.. bisa dicari-cari kok.. itu sangat menyenangkan hehehe..

Kita beri efek lagi..

Klik Add new fill and adjustment layer > Channel Mixer

Atur Channel mixer nya :

Bisa ditambahin dengan new fill and adjustment yang lain… silahkan bermain-main aja..

yang paling penting cara cropping nya harus bener..

Saya akan kasih contoh adobe photoshop yang digunakan untuk usaha… banyak banget jenis usaha yang melibatkan photoshop.. menurut saya sih, semua usaha butuh photoshop hehehehe.. contohnya: pembuatan brosur, Iklan di jalan-jalan, pembuatan packaging suatu produk, photography (jelas ini mah) dan lain-lain…

Ada request tentang bagaimana cara menempelkan baju jualan nya ke seorang model dan nanti bisa digunakan sebagai alat marketing supaya produknya lebih menarik. Ini biasanya untuk jualan di facebook nih hehehe.. karena saya udah kasih tutorial cara buatnya.. jangan nge-Wall atau promosi di facebook saya lagi yah… awass lho!

ya udah karena udah pada gak sabar, saya mulai deh.. ( udah jangan nyengir terus.. eeeh.. masih nyengir juga..kalo masih nyengir gak jadi nih buat tutorialnya…. ehh.. bandel yah.. udah.. mingkem ah.. ! :p)

Saya punya foto dapet dari google .. yang satu modelnya dan yang satu baju nya.. sekarang saya akan kasih tau cara nya supaya baju itu dipake sama si model.. sebenernya tutorial ini persis sama dengan yang tutorial foto cinta laura ..

buka kedua foto yang mau digabung

GUnakan magic wand tool untuk menyeleksi background putih nya…

Karena warna background putih atau sama warna nya.. maka gunakan magic wand tool. karena sekali KLIK aja semua bisa terseleksi.

TIPS : untuk memfoto produk, diwajibkan background berwarna polos yang kontras dengan produknya..

sekarang klik Select > Inverse untuk menyeleksi bagian Dress nya..

Drag gambar dress yang sudah di diseleksi ke dalam gambar modelnya.

Atur Dress nya supaya pas di badan si model.. bisa diputer, di besarin, dikecilin, pokoknya musti pas di badan.

Setelah kira-kira pas dibadan, pasti nanti ada bagian model yang nongol dikit-dikit.. kita liquify aja … udah pernah kan saya kasih tutorial tentang liquify di tutorial menguruskan badan…

Pindahkan cursor ke layer background lalu Klik Filter > Liquify ( Photoshop CS 3 )

Hasil setelah liquify :

Tapi tangannya gak muncul.. mustinya posisi jari tangan berada di depan dress nya.. marilah kita Edit..!

Zoom daerah tangan.. tapi sebelumnya matikan dulu layer Dress nya.

Gunakan Pen tool untuk menyeleksi jari-jari tangan nya..

Kalo sudah terseleksi, Klik kanan di jendela gambar > Make selection

Klik Edit > copy, Lalu klik edit > paste .. nanti terbentuk layer baru.. nah.. si layer baru pindahin ke atas layer Dress ..

Nyalakan lagi layer Dress nya..

Kalo ternyata masih ada warna bawaan dari jari yang belum rapi, hapus pake eraser tool

Supaya lebih keliatan Real, beri bayangan di sekitar jari nya..

buat layer baru dibawah layer jari , lalu brush dengan warna hitam … atur-atur aja gimana cara nya supaya keliatan real..

Dan hasil akhirnya adalah :

Membuat Pop Art Image

Kemaren-kemaren banyak pesen ke facebook dan email saya yang minta dibuatin tutorial POP ART… setelah menimbang dan memutuskan akhirnya saya buatin juga deh tutorial pop art nya pake adobe photoshop tentunya Photoshop CS 3 lagi.. hehehe..

langsung aja ..

Buka gambar / foto atau Image yang akan dibuat pop art..

Double click layer background dan beri nama..

Buat layer baru, pindahkan ke paling bawah.. ini nanti fungsinya sebagai background.

Sekarang gukanan PenTool untuk menyeleksi objek yang akan dibuat POPArt.perhatikan settingan nya seperti gambar dibawah.

Kalo udah terseleksi semua.. klik kanan di area gambar pilih Make selection.

Gambar sekarang dalam keadaan terseleksi.. Karena kita mau menghilangkan background nya.. kita harus menyeleksi object di belakang gambar.. Klik Select > inverse , Lalu ketan tekan delete

hasil remove background :

Dulikat layer gambar atau layer object dengan menekan CTRL + J, otomatis akan terbentuk layer baru dengan nama Object copy.

Buat duplikat nya menjadi hitam putih.. tekan CTRL + SHIFT + U untuk desaturate ( membuat hitam putih ) atau klik Image > Adjustment > Desaturate.

Klik kanan layer object copy > Duplicate layer

karena kita pilih NEW maka akan terbentuk dokumen baru … ini nanti kunci untuk membuat popart nya..

di dokumen baru ..

klik Image > adjustment > shadow/highlight

*Shadow highlight ini fungsinya nanti untuk memberikan efek detail pada warna-warna yang gelap.. misal rambut..

Geser-geser slidernya supaya dapet gambar yang bagus dengan detail yang bagus juga..

Klik Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur

Klik Image > Mode > Grayscale

Klik Image > mode > Bitmap

Klik Flatten Layer

Halftone screen nya diset seperti dibawah :

bagus kan hasilnya..

Sekarang kita musti membuat Mode image menjadi RGB …

Klik Image > mode > Grayscale

Klik Image > Mode > RGB

Kalo udah jadi RGB sekarang kita bisa export ke dokumen yang sedang kita garap.. caranya ?

Klik kanan layer background > Duplicate layer , Dokumen nya pilih file dokumen yang sedang kita garap..

Keliatan background putihnya.. Trim bagian background putih nya..cara nge TRIM nya..

gerakan kursor mouse ke antara layer background dan layer object copy sambil tekan tombol ALT.

kalo udah keliatan ada 2 lingkaran putih dan hitam..klik .. itu namanya nge TRIm..

kalo bener ngerjain nya background putihnya akan hilang..

Sekarang tinggal proses pewarnaan aja ..

Mewarnai cuman menggunakan Brush tool aja kok.. jadi gak ribet..

Buat layer baru di paling atas

Layer mode nya pilih MULTIPLY..

warna pake warna kulit sesuai kode di gambar

Warnai daerah muka dan badan, kalo ada tangan, warnain juga.

dengan cara yang sama , warnain bibir nya, jangan lupa buat layer baru yah

Sekarang warnain Highlight Rambut

Terakhir warnain baju nya

Sekarang warnain background nya… pilih layer paling bawah…

warnai pake Paint bucket TOOL , warna terserah aja ..sesuka hatimu lah hehehehe…

Photography Effect : Membuat Efek Keren Lagi dalam 1 menit

Membuat efek-efek buat foto sebenernya gak susah.. saya nemu membuat efek dari foto yang keliatan nya biasa menjadi foto yang lumayan keren.. hanya dengan 1 menit sajah.. beneran !

Oia… Sekali lagi… saya pake adobe photoshop CS 3 yah… jadi jangan ada yang nanya lagi yah.. saya pake photoshop versi berapa

Langsung aja tanpa basa basi …

Buka foto yang mau diedit..

Duplikat layer background dengan menekan ctrl+J

Klik Filter > Other > High Pass

Ganti layer effect menjadi Vivid Light..

Gambar sekarang keliatan sedikit lebih tajam dan mendetail..

Klik Add New Fill or Adjusment Layer > Gradient Map

Otomatis akan terbentuk layer baru di atas layer hasil duplikat tadi.

Gradient Map yang dipake dari hitam ke putih

Duplikat lagi layer background dengan menekan CTRL + J lalu pindahkan layer hasil duplikat ke paling atas

Klik Image > adjustment layer > Shadow/Highlight

Terakhir Layer Effect ganti menjadi Overlay dan opacity jadi 80%..

Pagi ini semua orang dikantor sepi dan entah kemana, biasa kali ya hari sabtu mempersiapkan diri untuk pulang ke kampung, atau kerumah masing- masing. ada yang didumai ada yang dipekanbaru. sementara aku masih disini bersama keluarga dipulau ini, karena kalau pulang jauh banget ke bengkulu atau ke pasir pengaraian jadi ya tinggal aja disini.

Siang Nanti Rencana ke batu panjang belanja sayuran, jam berapa saya pun kurang pasti karena keuangan menipis, untuk itu saya belajar buka edit foto dan alhamdulilah sedikit bisa menolong kebutuhan untuk beli sayuran.

Sorry yaa temen-temen.. saya lama gak posting.. yaah, biasa sih.. alesannya karena sibuk hehehehe…

Oia.. saya sih sebenernya sama sekali gak keberatan ( kalo keberatan saya minta tolong bantu angkatin yah .. :p ) semua tutorial photoshop di web ini di Posting ke blog nya mas-mas, mba-mba, aa, dan teteh, bapak-bapak dan ibu-bu sekalian… tapi please kasih link ke ilmuphotoshop.com… karena Mengarang dan nulis itu lebih susah dan penuh perjuangan (keringetan , berdarah-darah, jari sampe bengkok-bengkok, dan sampe gak makan minum seharian sehingga badan jadi kurus kering kayak gini (boong banget yang ini ) .. hehehe lebay dot com .. << kalo Ini rekayasa penulis aja ..hihihi). Jangan biasa in copy paste, yaa minimal edit dikit gambar dan kata-kata nya.. karena pekerjaan yang mudah kayak gitu bikin kita jadi males dan gak kreatip (pake f) ..Saya seneng banget tutorial photoshop saya ini disenengin dan di sebarin di BLog nya mas-mas, mba-mba, aa, teteh, ibu2 dan bapak2.. tapi please tulis sumbernya … be a CREATIVE & GOOD BLOGGER .. !

Pertama buka foto David Beckham yang original..

Download Foto David Beckham dan Texture nya DISINI

Duplikat layer background dengan menekan CTRL + J

Kita bekerja di Foto hasil duplikat aja ya.. pilih layer 1 ( foto hasih duplikat )

Klik Image > Adjustment > desaturate atau CTRL + SHIFT + U untuk menjadikan Hitam putih.

Zoom bagian mata ..

Aktifkan quick mask mode .. kalo blom tau fungsi quick mas silahkan baca lagi tutorial photoshop saya yang ini..

Klik Brush Tool .. (pilih yang ukuran kecil … dikira-kira aja yang penting bisa buat masking bola mata nya )

Buat yang bagus yaa masking nya… … oia.. mata satu lagi jangan lupa …

setelah beres proses masking , Non aktifkan lagi Quick Mask Mode nya..

maka mata akan terseleksi , tapi ini terseleksi mata luar nya… kita harus inverse dulu.. klik Select > inverse..

Klik gradient tool… settingan gradient ada di gambar..

Buat gradient buat di dalem mata.. gradient warna gelap di bawah ..

Kalo nanti hasilnya urang memuaskan… warnai samping mata dengan brush ukuran kecil dan warna abu-abu gelap.

ini hasilnya :

warna yang gelap seperti alis, rambut, jenggot terangin dengan dodge tool..

Hapus background putihnya.. Karena warna background putih, ini jadi sangat memudahkan .. klik magic wand tool trus klik sekali aja di background putih nya.. lalu Ketan Tekan delete! tekan CTRL + D untuk menghilangkan seleksi..

Kalo udah kita buka texture file tembok.jpg yang udah di download disini

Drag ke foto david beckham yang sudah diedit barusan..

KEcilin gambar temboknya, puter-puter, pokoknya biar pantes dan pas aja.. hehehe.. kalo mau diganti dengan texture yang lain juga gpp.. misal nemuin gambar batu .. pake aja..

Kalo mau pas, di bikin transparan dulu temboknya.. (opacity nya kurangin aja) .. kalo udah beres opacity nya naikin lagi jadi 100%

Klik Image > adjustment > desaturate untuk membuat tembok jadi hitam putih

CTRL + Klik di layer 1 (foto David Beckham), Klik Layer tembok (layer 2) dan Klik Add Vector mask .. otomatis si tembok akan mengikuti bentuk Seleksi..

Ubah Layer mode menjadi Multiply

udah setengah jadi nih… tapi ada sebagian tangan dan badan nya masih ada..

jangan khawatir… kita potong aja..

matikan dulu layer background

CTRL + klik layer tembok.. klik Select > Inverse .. tekan DELETE..

Taraaa! hilang kan ?

Klik New FILL and adjustment layer > Hue/saturation

Klik lagi New FILL and adjustment layer > LEVEL

Supaya keliatan realistis… Burn semua tepi patung David BEckham …

CTRL + Klik Layer 1 untuk menyeleksi..

Klik burn tool… brush semua tepi nya.. kira-kira aja yah.. pokoknya sampai keliatan gelap aja..

Kalo udah keliatan bagus… sekarang kita gabung hasil nya.. dengan menekan CTRL +ALT+SHIFT + E

Buat dokumen Baru File > new

DRAG Layer gambar yang sudah jadi ke dokumen baru

Warnai background dengan warna hitam… pake paint bucket tool..

keliatan ada list putih seputar gambar patung david beckham …

mariii kita hilangkan!

Klik select > Modify > contract (cukup 1 pixel aja)

Klik Select > inverse lalu tekan delete…

Gunakan Poligonal Lasso tool untuk membuat bagian bawah patung biar keliatan seperti patung beneran

Seleksi bagian bawah patung seperti gambar .. Tekan DELETE

Gunakan Eraser Tool untuk menghaluaskan hasil potongan bentuk bawah patung

Sekarang kita setting background nya sedemikian rupa.. biar keliatan lebih real lagi..

Gunakan Brush tool (Ukuran Besar dan Soft round) , warna abu-abu…

Kita buat bayangannya sekarang..

Buat layer baru diatas layer background..

gunakan Ellipticak marquee tool … buat Ellips dibawah patung dan warnai dengan warna hitam

Klik Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur

udah kan ?

kita buat lighting sekarnag..

CTRL + klik di layer patung..

Klik Filter > Render > lighting Effect

Hasil akhirnya harusnya seperti ini :

Setahun sudah berlalu, dan hari - hari yang kami lalui dipulau ini banyak sekali kenangan pahit dan manis, dan sedikit langkah - langkah impian yang kami harapkan mulai tercapai. Mereview perjalanan selama tahun 2010 dari bulan januari sampai dengan bulan desember. Bulan januari diawali dengan program Oracle bagian pembukuan dan Mapping bagian Inventori, kerja dikebun kadang enak kadang susah itu sudah menjadi hal yang biasa karena kehidupan ini adalah gerak dan gerak itu maju.
Ada yang ingin cepat naik tapi pijak kawan ada yang anteng - anteng aja. kenapa ya didalam satu organisasi aja antar bagian saling menjatuhkan saling menyalahkan dan saling mencari kesalahan, kenapa tidak bekerja sama " alangkah baiknya kebun tempat kerja ku kalau ada kebersamaan untuk mengapai kesuksesan untuk kemakmuran pengusaha dan karyawan.
Malam tahun baru ini aku hanya ingin menulis apa yang kulihat dan kurasakan selama satu tahun dimana akhir tahun ini pimpinan kebun akan berganti dengan pemimpin baru, dan mudah - mudahan pemimpin baru ini akan memberikan contoh kepemimpinan yang lebih baik.
